I've been with Sun FM since November 2007.  I started doing work experience and gradually encroached on the station like a moss until they couldn't get rid of me.  I joined the Breakfast Show team in March 2010 (which I love, despite the early mornings!), co-presenting with Simon Grundy and bringing you the latest showbiz gossip.  I'm Sunderland born and bred, I even did my Film and Media degree at Sunderland Uni, and as a result, feel very passionate about where I live.  Guess that makes this the perfect station for me to be on! 

On The Show

Marie co-presents the breakfast show with Simon Grundy and does a showbiz update through the day on Sun FM.  Find out more about Simon Grundy in the Morning.

On a Saturday night you can get your weekend started from 6pm with Saturday Night Party, where Marie has a mix of older 'disco' songs and some more up to date hits.

Sundays are a bit more laid back so you can stop dreading that Monday morning back at work!

Marie also attends many annual events including the Sunderland International Airshow, the Peterlee Show and our very own Local Hero Awards and Business Awards.
