A South Shields woman will take a leap of faith later this year - all in memory of her Dad and Grandad.

Faye Turner lost both of them to suicide - she now wants to raise awareness of mental health.

The 24 year old will also be raising money for the mental health charity, Mind.

However, Faye won't be alone - a friend is joining her:

Faye wants to see a change in how depression is perceived:

She tells Sun FM that her Dad and Grandad would be proud of what she's about to do:

Faye's Dad, Martin, who died in 2011. Her Grandad died in 2007.

Although she's anxious about the jump, she says that it will be an amazing experience.

Faye tells us that her family is fully behind her:

You can find a link to Faye and Monique's JustGiving page here.

The jump is taking place on 10th June in Peterlee.
