Metro St Peters

1:06pm 5th March 2018
(Updated 1:08pm 5th March 2018)

No trains are currently running on the Metro system in a part of the Wearside area.

The Tyne and Wear Metro line between St. Peter's and South Hylton is at a standstill in both directions.

It's being blamed on an over head power line failure.

A bus replacement is in place.
