Sunderland will go into the weekend game with renewed hope of changing their fortunes.

Tuesday night's 1-nil loss against Nottingham Forest saw the Black Cats run of defeats extend to 4 in a row.

The lads now travel to Hull on Saturday with Tigers licking their wounds after losing 2-1 at Fulham last night.

It was the Cottagers first home win of the season, and leaves Hull 16th in the table, only 2 points above Sunderland.
