Sunderland are back in league action this Saturday on Wearside.

Manager Simon Grayson hopes his side can carry on their last performance against Preston North End into Saturday's match with QPR.

The Black Cats return to the Stadium of Light looking to move out of the Championship's relegation zone.

Both Duncan Watmore and Paddy McNair have made successful returns from injury and Grayson tells Sun FM it's given everyone a lift:

Although Grayson stresses that they won't be rushed back into competition, he's happy that players are beginning to come back into the contention for places.

The game kicks off at 3pm.
