Sunderland back in action soon after weekend draw

Stadium of Light sign 2018

8:02am 5th March 2018

Sunderland remain rooted to the foot of the table after losing a lead away on Saturday at MIllwall.

The Black Cats went ahead through a Bryan Oviedo goal in the first 45, only for the Tigers to claw back a point in the second half through Shaun  Hutchinson.

There's no time to rest as Chris Coleman's side are back in action tomorrow night at the Stadium of Light against Aston Villa.

And we'll hear from the Sunderland boss a little later this morning.

Staff at the club last week worked together to ensure the pitch would be clear for tomorrow night's game.
